1. Can I legally use this service?
Yes, you can legally use our services to
secure lottery tickets of your choice. We are not selling lottery tickets to you but instead
we purchase lottery tickets on your behalf.
2. How can I check if I have won a cash prize?
We monitor the results of all of the
lottery tickets of our clients and notify them via email of any cash prize wins. Remember,
it is also the responsibility of our subscribers to check their ticket numbers after each
drawing. Lottery results are published on our website after
the results are
certified officially to assist our clients in verifying winning number
results.
3. How do I collect my cash prize winnings?
If your prize is $500 or less, at
your request, our service will redeem your ticket and credit the cash prize to your account
for additional purchases. If you would rather, we will credit
your cash prize to back
to your credit card or your PayPal account or send your cash prize to you via money order or wire
transfer. You will be responsible for any applicable costs incurred in any case.
If your cash prize is more than $500, it can be collected by one of the following methods:
A. You can
collect your cash prize by visiting one of our offices in person.
B. We will
secure an official lottery claim form on your behalf and forward it to
you for you to fill out and to sign. Once the
form is returned to us, we will submit your ticket and the executed form to the lottery
commission. After the documents are verified
and processed, the lottery commission will issue a check in your name.
C. At your
request, we will send to you your lottery ticket by any method that you
specify. All costs incurred and all
risks involved in this process of delivering your lottery ticket will be paid by and assumed by the owner of the lottery
ticket.
4. Are you selling me lottery tickets when I use this service?
No, we do not sell lottery tickets to
our clients. Our agents secure lottery tickets from official lottery
retailers for the lottery drawings in which you have decided to
participate.
5. Will I know my ticket numbers before a drawing so that I can
know that for certain that my ticket is not stolen or replaced if I win a cash prize?
Yes, you will always know your
ticket numbers prior to each drawing in which your numbers
are in play.
6. Do I have to pay taxes on my lottery cash prize winnings?
It depends on the tax laws of the
country in which your lottery tickets are being drawn and the tax laws of the country in which you
live. If the tax laws in the country in which your lottery tickets are being
drawn require payment of taxes on your cash prize, the taxes will
be automatically
withheld from your cash prize and appropriate forms will be supplied to
you to
use to secure refunds or credits to which you might be entitled
to receive. It is your responsibility to determine whether or not you are required by the tax
laws of the country in which
you live to report your cash prize winnings.
7. I am neither a US citizen nor a legal resident of the US, can
I play the lottery in the US and claim my cash prize winnings?
You do not have to be a US citizen
or a legal resident of the US to play any lottery in the US. As long as you are
18 years of age or older, you can play any lottery in the US and claim your cash prize
winning.
8. Is LottoWinsWorldWide.Com responsible for paying lottery cash prize winnings?
No, we are not responsible since we
do not retain any interest in the cash prize winnings, charge a commission for the your cash
priize winnings, participate in any share of the cash prize winnings, or have a partnership
interest in any of the lottery tickets that you are playing.
Additionally, we have no relationship with the official lottery
commissions who do pay
the lottery cash prizes to the persons owning drawn ticket
numbers.. We will assist in your collecting of your cash prize winnings in the ways
indicated in the answer to Question No. 3.
9. On what dates and at what times do the lottery drawings occur?

10. When does my subscription become active?
After your payment for services is
verified, tickets in your chosen lottery are secured on your behalf in the next
scheduled drawing. You will receive email verification of the
drawing dates and the lottery
ticket numbers that you will be playing the the draw.
11. Do you charge me a percentage of my cash prize winnings?
No. You are never charged a
percentage of your cash prize winnings for any reason. All charges for our services are
of a set nature and are fully explained prior to your authorizing
any of our services

How do I know that the tickets I have requested are secured on my
behalf just as I have requested them?
Once your payment is verified,
we will send you an email. This email invoice is to confirm your
transaction. While your subscription for our services is in
effect, you will receive prior to each
lottery drawing an email with a scanned copy of your tickets
appropriately marked with your name. Please remember to keep your
email address updated at all times.
13. Can I cancel my subscription and secure a refund for the unused portion?
Yes. Just send an email
to us indicating that you desire a refund of your unused funds. We will refund any unused portion of
the monies which you have paid less a $10.00 US for administrative costs. There will
never be any questions asked when you make such a request.
14. Which payment method can I use on this site?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. We do not accept cash or cheques.
15. If I win a cash prize, how much time do I have to claim my cash prize winnings?
If you win a cash prize in
the Canadian Lotto 649 or the Lotto Super 7, you have 1 year from the draw
date as indicated on the ticket to claim any cash prize winnings.
If you win a cash prize
in the Lotto Texas or the MegaMillions, you have 180 days from the drawdate as
indicated on the ticket to claim any cash prize winnings.
16. Why must I be at least 19 years old to use this service?
You must be 19 years of age
to be able to claim any cash prize winnings. If your country
requires a higher age,
then you must abide by those laws.
